The Recipe

3 pounds sirloin -- ground coarse

2 pounds lamb -- ground coarse

2 onions -- chopped coarse

3 cloves garlic -- diced fine

1 1/2 tablespoons salt

2 cups green bell peppers -- chopped

12 ounces budweiser beer

3 jalapeno chile peppers -- diced

1 tablespoon cayenne flakes

2 cups stewed tomatoes -- chopped

1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

3/4 cup tomato paste

2 tablespoons corn oil

3 tablespoons cumin -- ground

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon mexican oregano

Heat the corn oil in a very large skillet or a Dutch oven. Add the meat, onions , garlic and green bell pepper. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add the beer, tomatoes, tomato sauce, all the spices, the jalapenos and the sesame oil. Cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring frequently. Add the tomato paste. Sim mer for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
