6 ea Cooked Smoked Ham Slices  6 ea Flour Tortillas; 7" Dia.  3 ea Cheddar Cheese; Mild  6 T Vegetable Oil  Place 1 slice ham on each of 3 tortillas. Top each with cheese, another slice of ham and a tortilla. Heat 2 T of the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook 1 sandwich in oil, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges. Repeat with remaining oil and sandwiches.
