The Recipe

3 lb Beef, cubed

3/4 c Plum jam

1 c Tomato sauce

1 c Worcestershire sauce

Flour Roll the beef cubes in the flour and place them in an ungreased casserole dish. Mix together the other ingredients (plum jam, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce). Cover the beef with the sauce mixture. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 1 hour. NOTES: * Simple beef casserole with plum and tomato -- This is a delicious sweet beef casserole.
