The Recipe

1 1/2 c Sugar

1/8 ts Cream of tartar

8 Diced marshmallows

OR 1 1/2 Tbsp marshmallow -cream 3/4 c Boiling water

1 Egg white, stiffly beaten

1 ts Vanilla
